Welcome Friends! I'm Omri.

I don’t know about you, but it’s been challenging at times to stay on top of my yoga and my mindfulness.

In times like these, it’s important to be part of something.

To me, Yoga class is “Me” time. I get to take care of myself, spend time doing what I love,

and get reminded of how much I love the feeling I get during and after the practice.

How I sleep better, hows it’s easier for me to wake up early and have more energy,

that I stay out of my head more, and I can focus better.
