In 2008, I stumbled through my first yoga classes. It was a time of doubt and uncertainty in my
life, i kept looking for meaning, something intrinsically in common with the people around me.
I knew that it surely meant people seeing me for who I am, that was certainly what i wanted.
During my first few classes, I felt that whatever was happening around me, the energy, focus, and
excitement, I wanted more of it. People felt like they had a sense of purpose, an acceptance
about them, qualities that I wanted more of.
I realized that on some level, I've been looking for something like this,
something to help find and define purpose and passion, a path to true transformational potential.
I decided to commit to exploring this path, becoming dedicated to understanding and
acquiring the building blocks to a physical, spiritual, and intellectual yoga and meditation practice.
It helped me get to know myself in ways I wasn't aware i could, and it continues to
make me feel like i'm continuously growing and living better every day.
Since i've found this incredible gift, I've strived to share my experience and studies
so that others can understand themselves better as well, learning how
to become aware of purpose & process through observation. To feel empowered and conquering obstacles, ultimately embracing life wholly using yoga and meditation.
Please enjoy your stay.
Each body is unique in it’s expression during yoga, translating the movement to fit the language it speaks. The subtleties tell a story of learned habits, some physical, some emotional, but all expressed in a way that define our movement, giving us character, identity, and discomfort. We accept this discomfort because we believe that it’s built in, largely because we’ve copied it from the people around us, and because we choose body language when we move like we choose words or phrases when we talk. Your body is capable of learning and growing it’s it’s physical expression like your mind is capable of learning and achieving, becoming more sophisticated and expressive, speaking on a higher level.
Yoga and Meditation based introspection helps identify and resolve the struggle between perception and reality, which is a fundamental source of un-happiness in most people. The journey to face it requires checking the ego, questioning that which defines you, and embracing love instead. My mission is to foster and promote communication and cooperation between individuals and groups in order to create applicable synergy. It is transformative, far reaching human technology.

Omri is the real deal – a friend before an instructor. Over the past 2 years, Omri’s positive attitude and encouragement improved my overall health and self-esteem. His knowledge in various holistic area inspires me to evolve spiritually and develop creatively, giving me the courage to obtain a holistic balance to start my personal business and thrive professionally.
There's more to Omri than his professional abilities. He is the most driven, energetic, self-reliant, dedicated and loyal instructor I know. To be around him is a refreshing and uplifting experience.

Omri is the best yoga teacher I know. I've done Bikram and Vinyasa disciplines with him. He's always engaging, encouraging, caring, and has a great sense of humor. He has a special way of making his classes personal to all his students, even in a room of 40 or more practitioners. He knows when to push you to achieve your best, and when you need it a bit easier on rough days. I always look forward to his classes as they help me focus, become a better yogi, and most importantly, a more centered, better person overall.
— Susan Chen
It is difficult to articulate why I appreciate classes taught by Omri. In fact, if I could make a suggestion to anyone it would be to see for themselves. However, in an attempt to do him justice with words, I will say that he is incredibly in-tune with his classes both holistically and individually. He is able to strike the balance between pushing his students and still maintaining a positive and “fun” energy within the room. I often find myself smiling even when in compromising postures. He has pushed me, often in the very moments I needed it the most and helped me to not only challenge myself but more so, surprise myself. He helps to re-invigorate and motivate and all things aside, he is joyful. I truly adore his classes.
