BOD(Y)OGA LANGUAGE

Each body is unique in it’s expression during yoga, translating the movement to fit the language it speaks. The subtleties tell a story of learned habits, some physical, some emotional, but all expressed in a way that define our movement, giving us character, identity, and discomfort. We accept this discomfort because we believe that it’s built in, largely because we’ve copied it from the people around us, and because we choose body language when we move like we choose words or phrases when we talk. Your body is capable of learning and growing it’s it’s physical expression like your mind is capable of learning and achieving, becoming more sophisticated and expressive, speaking on a higher level.

Yoga and Meditation based introspection helps identify and resolve the struggle between perception and reality, which is a fundamental source of un-happiness in most people. The journey to face it requires checking the ego, questioning that which defines you, and embracing love instead. My mission is to foster and promote communication and cooperation between individuals and groups in order to create applicable synergy. It is transformative, far reaching human technology.
